PRG Prototyping

Our company Ninni Co. has used PRG twice for our technology. We have a patented breast-like pacifier that launched in 2021 and has become a global success. We came to PRG with a drawing and a dream and with their help and engineering received a working protype. They brought our idea to life. Only minor changes during product engineering into manufacturing and our product became mass producible. We just finished prototyping phase on our baby bottle technology and received exactly what we were hoping for. Can't wait to take it to the next stage and eventually to launch. I would highly recommend PRG prototyping for silicone and plastic prototyping needs.

I am thankful I found PRG to work on my product. I had two rounds of the prototype and Tyler and his team made significant improvements from the first version. We're confident that this low-tech fitness device will meet the needs of our target market. Tyler, the CEO and his engineers worked diligently on my prototype. Great company that does great work. They have been working with me on designing and engineering my prototype. The communication has been great and they have been VERY transparent on the work being performed on my prototype. Even when there was a small snafu with the completed prototype, they worked with me to get it corrected QUICKLY. I truly appreciate how open and willing they are to make the customer happy, which I am. My experience with PRG was fantastic. I found it extremely difficult to identify a company that could handle my prototype in my local area. I expanded my search and found PRG. My initial meeting with Tyler Harrell went well. Our phone conversation was casual, comfortable and informative. Tyler and his team reviewed my plans and had a bid back to me in under 48 hours. He estimated both the time that they could start the project, and the time that they could complete it. PRG delivered my project a month ahead of schedule and kept the costs within their estimate. During the production time we got frequent updates. Once the project was underway, I travel to their facility in Kansas to tour the facility and check on the progress. Tyler spent about 2 hours showing us the shop and reviewing their progress. Once complete, the prototype was shipped to my door via UPS. The prototype was executed perfectly to our drawings. I have used the product for over 2 months now and have found no manufacturing defects. I am very happy with the product quality that they produced. I will definitely use PRG to prototype my next big idea!

After receiving my Patent, I searched the internet to find a reputable Prototype company. I checked out PRG Prototyping and I'm glad I did. The team approach and expertise is second to none. They kept me informed during the process as to where they were in the development of my vision. Great discussion with their staff in the process helped to make modifications to the product and made it even better. In the end I ended up with a prototype and the CAD files for manufacturing my product. This year 2023 I'm taking orders. This is such an exciting path to go down. I am a new product developer and have been working for some time to find a company to help me get my ideas from paper to a physical prototype. I finally came across PRG company who did the most fantastic job at assisting me to bring my thoughts and visions to life! I did not have an enormous budget or much of a budget to work with but this company assisted me on so many levels to get me to a beautifully crafted finished product. The customer service level of this company is beyond top rated and the team that worked with me were so professional. I literally cried when I opened the package and held my product in my hand for the first time. I will use them again for future projects and will recommend them readily. I really am happy, and more than satisfied with the end results. They will communicate with you and make sure everyone is on the same page so that you can get your prototype to look exactly the way you pictured it in your mind. I really cant express how much of a satisfied customer I am with choosing this company. They really did take care of me!

Working with PRG has been a rude awakening. During the time they were selling me their services they were extremely attentive. Once they got my check they have been super difficult to communicate with. Each phase of my project has been slower than the last. Only when I start emailing/calling every single day or multiple times a day or contact Tyler the owner does the project go to the next phase. I actually posted a negative review of them months ago but Tyler insinuated he would have the team stop working on my project if I didn't take it down. He insisted at that time they would become more attentive and get my project done, but it was just more of the same. I would absolutely never work with PRG again, and would never recommend them. It's too bad I gave them so much money, but that was a learning experience for me.

I have had a great experience with PRG Prototyping! I appreciate that they were extremely helpful in guiding me along the way in the product design process. They took my rough idea and turned it into a great prototype! I am new to this process so I've had several questions. All of the staff have been so helpful in answering all of those questions in a timely manner. They stuck to the timeline created and always responded to my messages and feedback. I hope this product is successful so I can work with them again in the future.
